Short answer: A hair transplant guarantee is a written commitment from the clinic, and its value depends on what the text says. The phrase “guaranteed hair transplant” tells you very little on its own: you need to read what is guaranteed, under what conditions, and what happens if there is a problem. At Hairpol, every patient on our international package receives a guarantee certificate. It guarantees that hair will grow in the transplanted areas. Density and the result vary from person to person.
What does a hair transplant guarantee mean?
A guarantee certificate is not a standard document. Each clinic prepares its own, so the scope, length and conditions can differ from one clinic to another. When you compare clinics, look at what the document says and not just at its name.
The body responds differently from one person to the next in any medical procedure. When you assess the result, consider your starting point, the plan you agreed with your doctor and how you healed.
Seven questions to check before you sign
- What exactly is guaranteed? Is it set out clearly and in writing?
- How long does it last? When does the guarantee start and end?
- What conditions apply? Are there requirements such as following aftercare rules or sending photos?
- What happens if the result falls short? Who assesses it, and what are the next steps?
- Are there extra charges? Which costs of a possible correction fall to you?
- Who issues the document? Does it show the clinic’s details and signature?
- How is follow-up done? Are check-ups and photo records kept to assess the result?

The Hairpol guarantee certificate
The guarantee certificate is part of our international package. The certificate reads as follows.

Thank you for choosing the Hairpol Hair Transplant Clinic and for placing your trust in our healthcare professionals and our whole team. Our extensive experience in hair transplant operations and the technology we have enable us to achieve successful results.
Hairpol guarantees that the transplanted hair will grow in the transplanted areas in the period after the operation.
For this certificate to be valid, the patient must share photos of the transplanted areas with our clinic throughout the hair growth process and must continue post-operative hair care in line with our clinic’s advice and instructions.
This guarantee certificate becomes invalid if the patient undergoes chemotherapy, radiotherapy or other cancer treatments, or is exposed to any disease or treatment that may harm the hair.
The time it takes for hair to grow varies between 12 and 18 months, depending on the transplanted area. This guarantee certificate covers only the area transplanted during the operation. Hair loss that may occur in areas not planned within the operation and not transplanted is not covered by the guarantee.
If no hair has grown from the grafts in the transplanted areas after 12-18 months, the patient may apply to Zen Poliklinik & Hairpol with this document for the continuation of treatment.
This certificate is valid for 18 months from the date of the operation.

The follow-up behind the guarantee
Keeping track of the process matters as much as the written commitment. We provide our services only in Turkey and your follow-up is remote. Our international package includes:

How long should you wait before judging the result?
Hair transplant results mature over months, so firm conclusions drawn early can be misleading. No. If a repeat session is needed, the session itself is free of charge, except where the cause falls outside the guarantee. Flights and hotel are at the patient’s own expense. If the transplanted hair does not grow because of a cause outside the guarantee, the guarantee does not apply.
What should I do if my hair does not grow as I expected?
