Not every case needs maximum graft numbers — this one needed precision. With meaningful existing hair still in place, the team chose DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) for its ability to place 3,000 grafts between existing hairs without damaging them, controlling depth, direction and angle with the implanter pen.

DHI is our preferred approach when the job is densification rather than full reconstruction: recovery is discreet, existing hair keeps its length, and new growth blends in gradually from month three onward. The twelve-month photos show the filled-in result under normal indoor light.
